Enthusiasm for wild-caught foods has not waned in Costa Mesa.

There was so much incredible food there, that I'm not even sure I got to sample it all. With Summer in full-swing, there was no shortage of fresh-caught, local fish—smoked BFT collar, sashimi, sushi rolls, poké, plus Alaskan salmon fresh off a plane, thanks to both Ryan Haack and Cole King.
I had a pronghorn antelope greek gyro. I brought bison jerky. Sampled a few beers from our gracious hosts.
