Fish Capture Flags

Posted by Dave Allee on

Historically, Fish Flags were flown as boats came back to port, to announce which species of fish they had landed that day.  It was a signal to other ships and folks in the harbor about the successes the day had brought.

We teamed up with our friend Slightly Choppy to build a line of Fish & Game Flags with a slightly different purpose—to mark memorable days and achievements afield.

If you turn over your new Windward-Westward flag, you'll notice a cotton label sewn into the hem—this is the place for you to mark the name, date, and location of a moment to remember.

Whether you buy this flag to hang in your home, or gift it to a loved one, our hope is that these flags will serve as reminders of milestones and memorable days spent outside.
