On Monday, we reconvened for the first proper Quail Club dinner in a long time. Incredible wild foods were shared, and great times were had by all.
Off the top of my head, we had: coues deer, wild pig, wild turkey nuggets, bonito pasta salad, pronghorn antelope taquitos, grilled Brussels, oysters, and beer courtesy of the amigos at Gunwhale.
