Pan Seared Wild Halibut

Extremely simple, yet incredibly delicious...

We dry-rubbed this Halibut filet with Montana Mex's Sweet Seasoning Blend, then pan seared it in butter on medium-high heat.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side

Flip, and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until a nice golden brown crust forms and the internal temperature reads 145 F.

Finish with some grilled lemons and a garnish of fresh sage.
