INGREDIENTS
- 2- 4oz cod fillets
- ½ lemon, zested
- 1 tsp Montana Mex Mild Chile Seasoning
- 1 tsp Montana Mex Sweet Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Montan Mex Avocado Oil
METHOD
- Top cod fillets with lemon zest and Montana Mex Mild Chile and Sweet Seasonings on both sides.
- Warm Montana Mex Avocado Oil in sauté pan at medium heat.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Plate with crispy buckwheat and beets with creamy onion sauce.
